Green coffee is our main focus but we still set aside time (and coffee) to roast a few commercial-sized batches every two weeks, on Tuesdays. Using our trusty Probat L12, we roast two different single origins and two different espresso blends each time. You can purchase these individually by pre-ordering, which we recommend, or sign up for a Roasted Coffee Subscription.
Check back in frequently! We list our pre-orders at the end of the most recent roast week. In case you miss it, we list the leftovers around the same time, too.
