Processing times

Orders are currently shipped out within 1–2 business days after they are received.

We are shipping orders 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).

UPS domestic shipping services

  • UPS Ground - See our map below for estimated transit timelines. Note that transit timelines for this service are not guaranteed.
  • 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air - These expedited services offer estimated transit timelines of 2 business days and 1 business day respectively. Despite being very reliable overall, transit times are not guaranteed.
  • Expedited orders are shipped the following business day and are not eligible for weekend deliveries.

International shipping via UPS Worldwide Expedited

Transit times may be affected due to customs inspections or holds.

Shipping rates provided at checkout do not account for customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Canadian Customers: Due to the current tariff situation, we will contact you before we ship your order.

International & domestic shipping restrictions

We would love to ship our items wherever they are wanted! Unfortunately we cannot send green coffee to countries/regions that restrict or ban its importation.

UPS limitations

Orders containing two or more 50 lb boxes are shipped in multiple packages so as to not exceed UPS's 50 lb weight limit per package. For this reason, order add-ons are also shipped separately from 50 lb boxes.

UPS is unable to ship to PO boxes.

Shipping labels

If you would like us to use a shipping label generated from your own UPS account number, choose "Will Call" from the shipping menu. Then, send us a PDF copy of your shipping label via email immediately following order submission.

Shipping delays

Shipments may experience delays if further information/clarification regarding an order is required. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible via the email address or phone number listed on your order.
